Cash on Delivery Furniture in Ontario — How It Works at Cozy Ontario

At Cozy Ontario, you do not pay for your furniture until it is at your door and you have inspected it. That is the whole idea behind cash on delivery: no prepayment risk, no financing contracts, and no surprises.

How cash on delivery works

1. Order online at cozyontario.com, or message us on WhatsApp at +1 226-336-0249.
2. Our team confirms your order, your address and your delivery day. We deliver all over Ontario; your delivery is confirmed when you order.
3. We deliver your furniture. You inspect it at your door — check the colour, the size and the condition.
4. If it is right, you pay. That is it.

The price you see is the price you pay when you pay cash on delivery. If you prefer to pay by card or e-transfer, those payments add 13% tax and are arranged by our team — we will always tell you the full total before you decide.

Why customers choose pay on delivery

• Zero prepayment risk: your money stays with you until the furniture is in front of you.
• No financing: we do not offer financing, instalment plans or buy-now-pay-later — and we never will add financing fees to your order.
• No hidden totals: the listed price is the cash price. If anything extra could apply to your order, our team tells you when confirming, before delivery.
• Real people: every order is confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp, and you can reach us the same way after delivery.

Where we deliver

Across the GTA (Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Etobicoke and more), and across regional Ontario — see our Delivery Areas page for your city, or read the full Delivery Policy.
